There are two groups: the talkers and the listeners. The talkers are the ones who are suffering from mental illness or are experiencing similar symptoms. The listeners are people who act as a shoulder for the talker to lean on and make conversation with them about issues that they are facing.
Daily check-in/Tracker
This part of the website asks you 3-5 questions daily and tracks your responses. It also records your responses to determine if you are getting better. This tracking also allows us to track trends. For example, if you are happy 6 out of 7 days a week, we know that one day every week could cause this sadness.
Explore content
This part of the app allows you to browse content to calm down. It includes some songs to help you go to sleep and to calm down when you get upset or, it helps with meditation.
Educate yourself
This part of the app allows you to learn about different mental illnesses (ie. What is depression, What is anxiety, etc.).
Something good about your day
This section of the app allows you to record something good about your day to remind you that good things do happen.
Journal
This part of the app is a private notebook that stores all data about your mood forever. User can also add doodles into it, write out their emotions/ feelings. This section of the app is passcode protected. It can also be used as an anxiety list which is a personal list of things that make user anxious. Lastly, this part of the app has an emergency hotline.
